Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a template or UI kit has been downloaded, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase—such as a corrupted file or missing elements—please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll try to help you as much as possible to ensure a positive experience while using our templates.
